Not happy with the product? We offer you hassle free Return/Exchange without any additional charges.
Timeframe
Request return/exchange within 7 days of delivery for products with returnable tags.
Eligible Reasons:
- Size issues
- Defective product
- Different/wrong product
- Quality issues
Return/ Exchange can be requested from:
- Order page in account (for prepaid orders)
- Return/Exchange button on website footer (for COD orders)
- Exchange can be raised for same product in different size or color only
How to ensure Return/Exchange request is accepted?
- Product Condition: Unused with original tags intact.
- Within the timelines of raising a request.
Neska Moda reserves the right to decline if reason is not genuine or not in specified list.
- Exchange Stock Availability: Subject to availability of stock.
- Out of Stock:
- Prepaid orders: Full refund
- COD orders: Store credit/bank transfer
Products with non-returnable tags (e.g. hygiene products) are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange. Please check size and product details carefully before ordering, as these products cannot be exchanged or returned.
